đ§ Should I bring my own laundry products?
If you choose self-service, you can bring your own products or purchase them on-site. With Full Service, the products are already included.
â° How long does washing and drying take?
The full service takes approximately 4 to 5 hours. Delivery time may vary depending on the amount of laundry, but it is usually ready the same day.
đ Should I separate clothes by color?
In Full Service, the staff is responsible for sorting the colors (in medium or large loads). In Self-Service, you decide how to manage your laundry.
đ§Œ Can I drop off my clothes and pick them up later?
Yes! With our full service, you can drop off your laundry and weâll notify you when itâs ready. Drop-offs before noon are ready after 5 p.m.; otherwise, theyâre available the next morning or left at reception after 6 p.m.
đ Do you accept delicate clothing or clothing made of special materials?
Yes, we offer dry cleaning for delicate garments. We treat your clothes with the highest level of care. If you have any delicate items, please let us know when you drop them off so we can handle them properly.

We accept cash, transfers, and debit or credit card payments. Ask about our digital payment options.
